PAYMENT – DELIVERY ORDER

You can settle up your order by bank transfer to our bank account, via PayPal account, by cash upon delivery of goods, or by credit/debit card. Shipment of products can be made with carrier/courier or pick-up from our store. Shipping costs (if any) will be calculated automatically in your shopping cart before checkout.

Depending on the product, there are differences in the procedure of payment and shipping.

In detail, payments are as follows:

1. Cash upon delivery. You pay the courier the value agreed in the confirmation sheet of your order. Not applicable for furniture and objects carried by certain transport companies.

2. Payment by credit/debit card. Connect directly to the bank system, through Homeshops.gr, and make your payment. Homeshops.gr does not withhold any personal data of your card. The whole transaction is done directly via the bank system. All information on payment is automatically directed to us.

3. Payment by PAYPAL. (Temporarily out of order). Connect directly to the PAYPAL system, through the Homeshops.gr, and make your payment. Homeshops.gr does not withhold any personal data of your card. The whole transaction is done directly via the PAYPAL system. All information on payment is automatically directed to us.

4. Bank transfer into a bank account of the company. After you have paid the total value of our order confirmation sheet, please confirm the payment by phone or via e-mail.

Advances

A minimum advance payment displayed on the product page or full payment is required for the completion of any furniture order. The probable remainder of the order should be paid before the shipping of the goods. For furniture requiring manufacture (e.g. sofas with color or size selection) for which delivery time exceeds 15 days, you will receive information from the sales department, the moment they are ready for shipping, so that you may proceed to the payment. For other furniture, not requiring manufacture, for which delivery time is up to 7 days, pay off should be arranged before shipment.

ATTENTION: You cannot pick-up your products, from our store unless payment has been arranged in advance.

In detail, deliveries are carried out as follows:

1. Courier. Orders up to 8 kilos, will be delivered by courier at indicated location. The transportation cost (if any) appears in your cart and the order confirmation you will receive.

2. Transportation Company. Orders that include FURNITURE and larger items weighing more than 8 kg, will be carried out by one of the two following ways:
    2.1. Transfer from our central warehouse in Athens via Transportation Company of your choice (upon your request we can recommend one) in Athens. You only pay the cost shown in your basket and the order confirmation you will receive. Thereinafter, the cost and transfer to your site is at your own risk and the carrier selected.
    2.2. Transfer to your place via transportation company. An indicative cost appears in your shopping cart. The final cost (will not be very different from what is displayed) depends on the particularities of the region and of your place and is part of a special agreement to be made by phone or e-mail between you and our sales department, during which you will be informed about the final cost. This will be included in the final order confirmation you will receive.

3. Pick-up from store. If you pick-up your order from our store, you will only be charged the cost of transport to Corfu, when the product is bulky or for a piece of furniture. The transportation expenses will be included in your shopping cart and the order confirmation you will receive.

4. Pick-up from the storage in Athens. If you pick-up you order from our storage in Athens, you will NOT have to pay any delivery cost. Please contact us before the delivery, in order to make an appointment.

ATTENTION: No shipment /receipt can be scheduled unless full payment of the order has been completed. An exception is made only for orders agreed to be paid cash upon delivery.

FITTING

Certain goods are transported packed and require assembly. The assembly is done by you according to the instructions included in the packaging.
